Who We Are
We believe, like you, the Church is God’s plan to change the world. We also believe that disciples making disciples who also make disciples is His primary way to make the world different. This is the DNA of the Church - multi generational disciple making. For more than 35 years, our executive director Leonard Lee has been doing his best to be the kind of pastor and leader who makes disciples who also make disciples, creating generations of disciple makers. Multi-generational disciple making is at the center of why you answered the call to ministry; you simply found Jesus too good to keep to yourself. Like you, we strongly desire to have Jesus’ words define the calling of our lives: “I chose you to bear much fruit and I want that fruit to be lasting fruit.” We know that lasting fruit is fruit whose reproducing DNA is in full effect. It the passion of the 4GENetwork to serve and partner with you through practical, fun, and effective training. Our training is designed to unleash a true disciple making DNA that bears lasting fruit in your lives, your people, and your church.
The 4GENetwork’s hands on, personal, and proven process is not about church growth or creating something new, rather, we want what you want: to unleash the already present disciple making DNA that was placed in the church by Jesus himself. We come to you, we serve you, we encourage you, and we equip you to equip your people to become active disciple makers. We train you and your people to build a church where the disciple making DNA is being unleashed through your people into all of the places they go. Together we want to build the kind of disciple makers whose disciples make disciples to the 4th generation and beyond.
